Eligibility for Refunds/Returns: Due to the custom and personalized nature of our mandala products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than:
- Manufacturing Defects: The product has a flaw or defect in its creation.
- Damage in Transit: The product arrives physically damaged due to shipping.
- Significant Deviation from Approved Design: The final product significantly deviates from the design approved by you. Minor variations in color or appearance that may occur due to screen calibration differences are not considered significant deviations.
All refund and return requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, based on the criteria outlined above.
Initiating a Refund/Return Request: To initiate a refund or return request, please email us at [email protected] within seven days of receiving your order.
Required Information: Your email must include the following essential information for us to process your request:
- Your order number.
- A detailed explanation of the issue (e.g., type of damage, specific defect, how the product deviates from the approved design).
- Clear, high-resolution photographs or video demonstrating the damage, defect, or deviation from the approved design.
Refund/Return Approval Process: Upon receipt of your request and supporting evidence, our team will review your claim within seven business days. We reserve the right to request additional information or evidence to assess the claim thoroughly. Our decision will be based on the eligibility criteria stated above and the evidence provided.
Refund/Return Options: If your request is approved based on the eligibility criteria, we will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following solutions:
- Full Refund: A full refund to your original payment method.
- Product Replacement: A replacement of the item, produced to correct the confirmed defect or deviation.
- Store Credit: Store credit for the value of the item.
Shipping and Handling:
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is a direct result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, confirmed manufacturing defect, or damage in transit).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or significantly deviates from the approved design. In such cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label.
Exceptions and Exclusions:
- Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size/color selection by the customer, or minor variations in color/appearance that may occur due to screen calibration differences.
- Clearance/Sale Items: Items purchased on clearance or during a final sale may not be eligible for return or refund.
- Items Not Meeting Eligibility: Products that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
