Refund and Return Policy for Mandalafy

Thank you for shopping with Mandalafy! We want you to be delighted with your custom mandala product. Because our items are personalized and made to order, our policy focuses on defects, damage, or significant deviations from your approved design.

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than:

  • Manufacturing Defects: The product has a flaw or defect in its creation.
  • Damage in Transit: The product arrives physically damaged due to shipping.
  • Significant Deviation from Approved Design: The final product significantly deviates from the design approved by you. Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen calibration or the print process are not considered significant deviations.

Initiating a Request

  • Deadline: Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Please do not return items without authorization.
  • For packages lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Requests submitted after 7 days may be considered at our sole discretion as a goodwill accommodation (generally up to 30 days where our production partners permit). Any goodwill resolution outside the stated window is voluntary and does not create an ongoing obligation.
  • Include: (1) your order number; (2) a detailed explanation of the issue; (3) clear, high-resolution photos or video showing the defect, damage, or deviation.

Review and Decision
We’ll review your request within seven business days and may request additional information to assess the claim. All refund/return requests are evaluated case-by-case based on the criteria above.

Resolution Options (at our discretion if approved)

  • Replacement: A new item produced to correct the confirmed defect or deviation.
  • Full Refund: A refund to your original payment method.
  • Store Credit: Store credit for the value of the item.

Shipping and Handling

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the issue is a direct result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, confirmed manufacturing defect, or damage in transit).
  • If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, or a shipment is unclaimed and returned, reshipment costs are your responsibility. Unauthorized returns sent to our production partners may be donated/disposed and are not refundable.
  • Return shipping: If we authorize a physical return for a damaged/defective item, we will provide a prepaid return label. In all other cases, return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Do not send items back without authorization, as we and our production partners may be unable to receive or process unauthorized returns.

Exceptions and Exclusions

  • Custom Products: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection by the customer, or minor color/appearance variations that occur due to screens and print processes.
  • Clearance/Sale Items: Items purchased on clearance or during a final sale may not be eligible for return or refund unless defective.
  • Comparable Blanks: To avoid delays, we may fulfill orders using a comparable blank of equal or higher quality and similar color/fit when an exact variant is unavailable; this alone does not constitute a defect.
  • Items Not Meeting Eligibility: Products that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
