Our Service
Mandalafy.com allows you to create unique digital mandala designs and order them as custom physical products (e.g., wall art, notebooks, stickers, apparel). We partner with third-party print-on-demand providers (like Printful and Printify) to manufacture and ship these products directly to you.

Product Information & Customization

  • Custom Products: All products are custom-made based on your unique mandala designs.
  • Color Variation: Actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor calibration differences. Minor variations are not considered defects.
  • Product Availability: While we strive to ensure product availability, all orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Previews & Variance: On-screen previews in our design tool are visual approximations. Final print colors, scale, and placement may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, and the print process.
  • Variant Features: Some variants include specific trims or finishes (for example, certain hoodie colors may ship with contrasting drawstrings, or garment-dyed colors may have a vintage wash). Refer to any product notes and the size chart before ordering.
  • Comparable Blanks: In rare cases to avoid significant delays, we may fulfill your order on a comparable blank of equal or higher quality and similar color/fit when an exact variant is temporarily unavailable. We will not downgrade quality or materially alter the style.

Ordering and Payment

  • Guest Checkout: We offer a guest checkout experience. You do not need to create an account to make a purchase.
  • Information Required: To process your order, we will collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and shipping address. This information is used solely for order fulfillment and communication regarding your purchase.
  • Payment: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (e.g., WooCommerce Payments, PayPal, Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details.
  • Pricing: Product prices are displayed on the website. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Fulfillment: Your custom products are manufactured and shipped by our print-on-demand partners (e.g., Printful, Printify).
  • International Shipping: We ship internationally. Our print-on-demand partners handle international shipping, customs declarations, and collection of applicable taxes (like VAT) on our behalf.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs delays, carrier issues).
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined by your location and the total value of your order, as outlined on our website. Free shipping thresholds may apply.
  • Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. If tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received the package, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll assist where possible.

Refund and Return Policy
Our Refund and Return Policy is available on a separate page. Please review it carefully for details on eligibility, process, and exceptions for refunds and returns due to manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or significant deviation from your approved design.

  • Personalized/Custom Items: Because each item is made to order, personalized/custom products are final sale except for defects or our error. If there is an issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video so we can assist. Do not return items without first contacting us for authorization.
  • We may, at our sole discretion and as a goodwill accommodation, review issues reported after 7 days of delivery (generally up to 30 days where production partner policies allow). Any assistance provided outside the 7‑day window is voluntary and does not waive or modify these Terms for future orders.
  • EU/UK notice: Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. If we ever offer non‑custom items, those may be eligible for a 14‑day withdrawal period as required by law.

Intellectual Property

  • Your Designs: Any digital mandala design you create and download using the Mandalafy.com design tool is considered your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your designs.
  • Our Content: All other content on Mandalafy.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mandalafy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Custom Content and Upload Terms

  • Ownership and License: You retain ownership of any artwork or content you upload or create on Mandalafy.com. By uploading or creating a design, you grant Mandalafy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the design solely to: (a) generate previews on the site, (b) fulfill and deliver orders (including sharing files with our production partners for manufacturing and shipping), (c) provide customer support, and (d) comply with legal obligations. This license does not transfer ownership of your design.
  • Your Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own the content you upload or have all necessary rights and permissions; your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; and your content does not violate law or our policies.
  • Prohibited Content and Refusals: We may refuse, cancel, or remove designs or orders we believe violate these Terms, third-party rights, or applicable law.
  • Previews: On-site previews are illustrative and may differ slightly from the final product due to device settings, materials, and print processes.
  • Takedowns: If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, email a takedown request with details and links to [email protected].
  • Content Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Mandalafy harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to your uploaded content or your breach of this Section 7A.

User Conduct

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin.
