This unified process applies across all three offerings — the $5 add-on, the custom artwork tier, and larger creative projects. It keeps expectations clear and ensures every collaboration feels guided and supported.

1. Share Your Idea

Fill out the short request form and tell me what you’re imagining. You can describe your mandala, upload it later during purchase, or simply outline your concept if you’re still forming it.

2. Confirm the Plan

I personally review your request. You’ll receive an email confirming what’s included, the timeline, and the exact pricing. Nothing begins until everything is clear.

3. Creation Begins

This is the heart of the process.
Whether you’re requesting added text, a refined or combined mandala, or visuals for a larger project, I translate your idea into a thoughtful, cohesive design. For custom artwork, this is handled offline; for larger projects, we set milestones together.

4. Approve & Receive

You’ll receive a proof or preview. You can request one round of refinements for custom artwork. Once you’re happy with the result, I’ll deliver the final high-resolution file — or launch your project if we’re working on something bigger.
