3. Co-create a mandala in real time
We’ll design together live on screen. You’ll make choices; I’ll guide structure, rhythm, and flow.

4. Refine color and composition
We’ll fine-tune palette, density, spacing, and overall balance until it feels right to you.

5. Explore creative focus and flow
We’ll talk about how mandala-making can support centering, mindfulness, and a calm creative state.

Session Policies

These policies are here so you know exactly what to expect. They apply to all Mandalafy Creative Sessions.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment time.

If something comes up, just use the rescheduling link in your confirmation email or contact me directly. I’m happy to accommodate changes as long as there’s enough notice.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel:

• 24+ hours before the session:
  You may cancel and request a full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the session:
  You may still cancel, but the session fee may not be refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances.

My goal is to be fair, reasonable, and human. If something unexpected happens, reach out and we’ll figure it out.

Refund Policy

I want your session to feel genuinely valuable.

You may request a full refund if:

• You cancel your session
• You attend but feel the session did not provide value
• You experience a significant technical issue that prevents us from completing the session

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours after the scheduled session time.

About Mandalafy Store Credit

Each session includes a $20 Mandalafy store credit.

• If you request a refund before the store credit is issued, no credit will be sent.
• If the credit has already been used to place an order, the physical product cannot be refunded once production begins (print-on-demand standards).
• If no order has been placed yet, the credit may be canceled along with the refund.

This ensures the workflow remains clean and simple for both of us.

Technical Issues

If there is a technical problem on either end (internet, software, audio/video issues, platform outages):

• We will pause and troubleshoot
• We can extend the session or reschedule at no additional cost
• If the session cannot be completed, you may request a full refund

I want the experience to feel smooth and supportive, not stressful.

Late Arrivals

• If you’re running late, please join the call as soon as possible
• We will use the remaining time in a focused way
• If you have not joined within 20 minutes and I haven’t heard from you, the session may be considered a cancellation

I’ll always do my best to accommodate you, but consistency helps keep everything running smoothly.

No-Show Policy

If you don’t attend the session and do not communicate beforehand:

• The session is considered a no-show
• No-shows are not typically eligible for refunds

Again, if there is an emergency or unexpected situation, reach out—I’m here to be reasonable.

• Your mandala design is yours.
• I do not share or publish your artwork without your permission.
• Anything you create in your session remains private unless you choose otherwise.

If you later want to showcase your piece publicly, I’m always happy to celebrate it with you—but it’s entirely your choice.
