Customization Agreement:

All custom orders are crafted based on specific customer instructions. Once a design is confirmed and approved, changes cannot be made.

Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable:

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all sales are final. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect in the product upon delivery.

Design Approval:

Customers must review and approve the final design before production. We do not accept responsibility for customer oversight once approval is given.

Production Time:

Estimated production times will be communicated at the time of order. Delays may occur, and we aim to notify customers promptly should there be any unforeseen changes.

Liability:

Mandalafy is not liable for any dissatisfaction arising from the customer’s design choice or specification once the order has entered production.

Accuracy and Specifications:

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when placing a custom order. Any errors may result in additional charges for reprinting.
